I cannot recommend Fiona highly enough! We started looking for a wedding coordinator about 1.5 months out, because we started to feel very overwhelmed. Looking back, I wish I hired her as soon as I got engaged. Our wedding was abroad in Ireland, and most of our guests were NY based. As soon as we spoke, I knew she was the answer to our prayer. She was incredibly organized and detail oriented - helping to identify gaps in decisions that needed to be made or details that needed to be planned without making us feel even more stressed. In the week leading up to the wedding, she was in touch with all of our vendors and made sure they all understood the day of schedule and requirements. She had everything planned down to the minute, while ensuring our guests knew the details as well as our bridal parties. There was never an issue that she couldn’t handle, and we threw a lot her way since my husband and I are pretty last-minute people. Fiona was truly a godsent of an angel, and I couldn’t imagine the wedding without her being part of it. All our guests even noticed how on the ball she was and talk about it to this day! WE loved Fiona, our guests loved Fiona, and you will love Fiona! Highly recommend.

I cannot recommend Fiona enough!! Best decision we made about our wedding. I am American and my husband is Irish and we both live in NYC - we got married in Wicklow last August and hired Fiona as our coordinator about 10 months before the big day. I set out looking for a little less than a full wedding planner since we had a lot of vendors booked, but a bit more than just a day of coordinator because there was still a lot I needed assistance on and Fiona offered exactly what we were looking for. I really appreciated her keeping track of all the vendors and informing me on the small details. It was especially helpful to have someone give me an idea on what to expect for Irish weddings since American weddings can be very different! I also do not know what I would have done without her on the actual day. She kept everything running smoothly and answered everyone's questions. Fiona gets a 10/10 and I highly recommend! I loved her so much I am recommending her to maid of honor that is getting married in Clare next year!

Fiona was amazing! We were toying with having an on the day coordinator for our wedding or not but we are so glad we did and that we chose Fiona at Emerald Events - the best decision we made! She was so easy to deal with from our first interactions to the end of the day. We shared the details of our vendors with Fiona a few weeks before our wedding date and didn’t worry about a thing from that moment on. We didn’t have to check the time or schedule as Fiona made sure we were on time. During our wedding day we moved around Dublin City and Fiona ensured everyone got where they needed to be. She was prepared for the rain and helped us and my dress dry!She was calm and friendly through out, our guests loved her as well as us. Fiona was extremely professional but still managed to be great craic. We can’t thank Fiona enough for giving us a care free day!

Hiring Fiona for our day of coordinating was one of our best decisions when it came to planning our wedding! We were a last minute booking and she came highly recommended from my sister-in-law/florist who had just done a wedding with her. I thought I could organize everything myself but was realizing it would be almost impossible to get married and also coordinate everything else on the day. Fiona got right to work and gave us a full month before of reminders and help with any last minute things that we let slip by. Contacting local vendors for us, since we live abroad, compiling all the details of the day and vendor deadlines, and countless other things, she got it all done for us. Our only regret was not hiring her earlier on and having her plan more of our wedding for us! Fiona is the best and I would recommend her to any of my friends!
